Vintage Sheaffer Balance 1930s Fountain Pen

We are delighted to present a fully refurbished Vintage Sheaffer Balance 1930s Fountain Pen. The finish of this pen is a rare black-brown striated celluloid pattern - this is especially rare as most samples of this pen from the 30s in this finish are in average-to-poor condition, whereas this pen is in excellent condition. The pen is an early example of Sheaffer's loved vacuum filling system; and its overall shape is the cigar-shape with semi-rounded ends. The nib is stainless steel and writes similarly to a modern European medium size. The pen is provided in a modern, Sheaffer branded box.
