Platinum #3776 Century Kanazawa Gold Leaf Ascending Dragon Fountain Pen
The Japanese-made Platinum 3776, a name that is inspired by the height of Japan's Mt. Fuji, has a cult following amongst fountain pen enthusiasts.
Kanazawa produces some of the world's finest gold leaf, in an array of shimmering colours. Platinum tears this gold leaf and folds it into smaller unique shapes to then painstakingly and artistically apply, resulting in a delicately-textured surface that captures and reflects light with a depth that normally-applied gold leaf cannot match.
The design upon the barrel of each pen is unique thanks to the process of applying the designs by hand.
